Sulfur and acne and acne skin care that's healthy

You may be wondering how to keep your face clean if you abandon the commercial products you've been using. Salt water is the best cleanser for your skin! One half teaspoon of salt in a quart of water is the right mixture for most skin; use it at lukewarm temperature for a healthy, well-balanced complexion. The salt will rinse away excess oil and dry the skin just enough to discourage pimples while not over stimulating oil glands.
Water helps reduce acne by flushing out the toxins. Water also helps to keep your organs working properly. Problems in the digestive system can cause acne breakouts. Also water keeps the skin hydrated - if the skin is dehydrated the skin's natural exfoliation process can slow down causing pores to block adding to more acne.
Even if you do not think that you eat much junk, you probably need to improve your diet. Acne was relatively rare one hundred years ago. Back then, they ate much more fruit and vegetables and there was no such thing as processed food. So try to eat more foods in their natural state and less of the additive and hormone ridden processed foods that seem to be everywhere. I guarantee you that you will see some solid improvement in your complexion.
